So, whenever I launch the software, there's this choice between a quick scan—which takes maybe 30 to 45 minutes—and a custom scan... which honestly feels like it could take hours...
It defaults to the fast one, so that's what I tried first. It ran for about 45 minutes, but after it finished, everything was still exactly the same as before.
I can't quite recall the specific message it gave me at the end, but there was zero improvement...
I actually started the custom scan too, but after waiting 45 minutes, it had barely hit the 10% mark, so I just ended up shutting it down...

Anyway, I gave it a shot and nothing really happened... nothing changed at all...
But if I just go ahead and hit OK to format the drive? Am I going to lose everything?
Is there any way at all to save my data before that happens?

Hey everyone, I could really use some help here—my laptop keeps shutting down the second I pick it up, or even if I just touch it...
It's a Dell Latitude 5000 series, and man, it's seen better days—it's pretty old and the battery is definitely on its last legs...
Basically, the last time I lifted it, this error message popped up right on my screen



Any ideas?
