Overclocking (Main Thread)

My AMD Athlon 1200+ is overclocked all the way to 2300+—but man, it's hitting 70°C even with water cooling and a custom case. Plus, Windows is acting super glitchy... honestly, at this point, I feel like the whole thing might just blow up on me.
