Overclocking (Main Thread)

I'm running a DFI NF4 Ultra-D 939—definitely an older board by now.
My first CPU was a 3000+ with the Venice core; I managed to push it to a stable 2.8 GHz (with a 1.8 GHz base) using a Whirlpool Freezer cooler—it held up fine for a 12-hour Amazon Prime stress test.
I can't quite remember the exact settings, just that the FSB was somewhere north of 310.
Now I've moved up to a 3800+ dual-core. It has a 2.0 GHz base, but I actually have it running at 2.55 GHz without even touching the voltage—just got lucky, I guess?
The rest of my setup includes:
2 x Corsair Vengeance RAM
2 x 36GB Raptor SATA + 160GB Caviar
A 500W Fortron BlueStorm power supply
The GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX (a total beast!) which I’m actually selling because I need some extra cash for other life stuff. I picked it up at Newegg for $1523, but I'm letting it go for $1167. It's only four days old—I received it as part of a company compensation package, blah blah... basically, I just need the money. Otherwise, I'm sticking with my 7800GT with 256MB, which does the job just fine.
