Overclocking (Main Thread)

I really need some expert help with overclocking... I've got zero experience with this stuff, so please help me out!!!! I'm running an Intel Core duo E4300 with an NF650iSlit-A motherboard and 2 gigs of Kingmax PC6400 RAM at 800 MHz... I heard this processor can be pushed pretty far through overclocking, so I'm wondering how to go about it and what I should do so I don't fry everything... Thanks in advance!!!!!!!🙂
