hey guys, I need some help here. how far can I overclock an Intel Pentium 4 on a DFI Lanparty UT NF4 Ultra-D board?

Yo. Quick question for you guys.
So here’s what I’m running:
dfi lanparty ut nf4 ultra-d---motherboard
amd athlon64 3500+ 2.2ghz@2.4ghz
nvidia geforce fx 5900 256 mb 1400/600
I bumped the cpu fsb from 200 up to 219. Just wondering if that's a good move or if I'm pushing it too hard. Can this chip take more, or should I back off? Also, how do I actually test if it's stable.
