So, here’s the situation: I just offloaded my old graphics card, and now I'm looking to pick up a motherboard with an LGA 775 socket. I’m not looking to break the bank—maybe around $133... nothing crazy. Anyway, I came across this ASUS Motherboard, but I was wondering if someone could break down the specs for me or perhaps suggest something a bit better if it’s within reach. Thanks.

Greetings, everyone. I wasn't entirely certain which sub-forum would be most appropriate for this inquiry, so I am turning to you all for some guidance.
Currently, I have a setup at home consisting of an Intel Pentium 4 on a 754 socket, paired with a K8N motherboard. It’s running 768MB of Kingmax 500MHz RAM, a 9600XT AGP graphics card, a TV tuner card, a modem, and a DVD drive with LightScribe capabilities. To house it all, I have a rather flashy case featuring a plexiglass side panel and neon lighting, powered by a 500W black power supply.
My question is simple: what kind of asking price would be reasonable for this hardware on Craigslist?
