Overclocking (Main Thread)

So, I've got this Intel Core 2 Duo E8200, and I'm hitting a wall trying to overclock it to 3.6 GHz or even higher. I managed to squeeze out 3.2 GHz without touching the voltage, but that's about it. Even when I try bumping up the voltage, it just won't budge. If anyone knows what kind of voltage I should be looking at to hit 3.6 GHz, let me know. It's kinda urgent!!!!!!!!!!
