Dealing with Tinnitus

Anyone else here dealing with tinnitus?
I've been stuck with this ringing in my ears for almost two years now—not even that much hearing loss in my left ear, but still. The weird thing is, I’ve noticed the noise gets way louder whenever I clench my teeth hard or try to chew through something tough. I can't help but wonder if there's some connection to TMJ issues. If anyone has gone through something similar, I would really appreciate any advice or insight you might have.
