As far as I am aware, they don't have a domestic branch here in the States just yet. You might want to dig a little deeper for more specifics over at http://www.doctorswithoutborders.org/. They tend to have quite strict requirements regarding who qualifies for volunteer work—it isn't exactly an open door for everyone. Perhaps our paths will cross somewhere out in the field one day 😉 🙂
