Anyone tried Aknichthol lotion?

Hey everyone,
So I went to see my doctor today and she recommended this specific lotion. She scribbled down "ACHECHTOL LOSION" on a little slip of paper, telling me it’s some stuff ordered straight from Germany. She suggested I look it up online to make sure I have the right spelling before I try to order it... but now that I'm actually searching, I'm starting to think her handwriting—or just her memory—is totally off. Does anyone know what the actual name is? Thanks. 🙂

Yeah, I’m doing that, but is it actually good for the computer? I heard you could end up wearing out the hardware or something...

Hey everyone. Got a bit of a situation here. Every single time I try to shut down my PC, it just completely ignores me. Literally just now, I tried clicking shutdown at least 20 times and... nothing. For the last two nights, I've had to just rip the plug out of the wall to get it to stop. If anyone knows what's going on, let me know. Any advice?
