Quick digestion tips? in Health ·
Great topic 🤣 . I’ve always dealt with incredibly slow digestion—it’s usually once every 5 or 6 days, sometimes longer. The only exceptions are when I catch a stomach flu or if I decide to indulge in a massive milkshake at an Expo once a year; then I end up with cramps that drive me insane because my body just isn't used to regular movements, let alone multiple times a day. I used to tell myself I just had a "large capacity," but the truth is I barely drink any water, so everything just dehydrates. Once things get past a reasonable timeframe, I eat a banana hoping it acts as a laxative and maybe works its magic. I've noticed chocolate (especially hazelnut) and even certain savory spreads really slow me down—but I can't stay away from them. When it finally happens, it's pure misery: it feels like passing stones, cacti, or marbles while praying to 😲 ! Honestly, it’ll probably be more of a whimper than a bang.
I also have a genuine phobia of being caught outside, especially if I eat something that consistently triggers me, like mayo and tomatoes. In those moments, it's an immediate "now or never" situation. It wouldn't be the first time I've sped home and racked up a dozen traffic violations in the process... 😁
