Something feels off with my new glasses...

I realize this might sound like a rather trivial question, but I was wondering: will these cylinder values actually be visible through the lenses? This is my first time getting prescription glasses, and since the cylinder correction is quite specific, I’m a bit concerned about whether the lenses will have that slight, unnatural curvature—you know, that "bug-eye" effect some people get. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
