Sometimes when the night gets freezing, I just head out onto the street,
find a spot on the curb, and wait for the light to turn green.

But honestly, whenever I'm flying solo,
even my own chest feels soft and heavy,
once the darkness hits and the chill sets in,
these weird shadows start creeping up all around me,
and I'm just breaking out in a cold sweat.

those skyscraper lights are just looming high above.
