Blood work results - iron levels

My doctor sent me for blood work because I’ve been feeling totally wiped out—constant fatigue, dark circles under my eyes, the whole deal. I was hoping someone could help me make sense of these numbers:

The "forgetting things" kind—like, I don't know what I was doing five minutes ago. And just for the record, I'm not an alcoholic, I'm not on drugs, and I'm not old (regardless of how some people see me).😉
