Anyone who’s ever actually tried to build a website using CSS knows that Internet Explorer is absolute garbage. A total pain in the ass.

Regarding web development:
View source Chart — basically a "graphical" look at your HTML code.
IE View—probably pretty much the same thing as IE Tab.
It's just... whatever.
