I ended up using a specialized scalp cleansing foam from the same manufacturer, along with those little ampoules, consistently for about seven or eight months... and honestly, that whole issue with my scalp flaking—not even talking about actual dandruff, but more like patches of dry skin peeling away in large chunks on just one specific area—completely vanished... I haven't touched any of those products for about ten months now, and so far, there hasn't been a single sign of it returning... it worked wonders for me, and I truly hope it provides the same relief for all of you too...
