I honestly don't even know where to begin. Writing this is incredibly difficult because I only found out this shocking news an hour ago, and I am at a complete loss as to who to turn to or what steps to take. My mother-in-law—someone I get along with wonderfully and who is truly a brave, admirable woman—has been diagnosed with uterine cancer. It has already metastasized, and I am completely overwhelmed. I have no idea how we are supposed to navigate this or handle such a painful situation. Please, if anyone can offer guidance, I am desperate for help.
