Are you actually protein deficient? I doubt it. Recent studies suggest that excessive protein intake increases the risk of cancer, heart attacks, diabetes, and osteoporosis. Animal proteins are significantly more dangerous, but even plant-based sources shouldn't be overconsumed.
Absolutely. In fact, they're toxic. Didn't anyone tell you that human evolution was driven by a diet of rice and grains? That's how we became such advanced beings.😈 😵 This guy could have just asked: "What is protein? Is it poison?" Nature already gave us the answer: breast milk isn't packed with protein; it's pure carbohydrates (glucose), caffeine for brain stimulation, and trace amounts of trans-linoleic fats found in margarine. Those are the essential building blocks. Forget about fresh fish, organic meat, farm eggs, lobster, oysters, caviar, smoked salmon, and all that. If you wake up on a Sunday afternoon feeling hungover and exhausted, don't you dare touch a bowl of beef stew and boiled meat. Stick to rice and some instant soup. That’s why people are terrified of touching protein—they think it'll kill them.
... You can't argue with someone who claims to have "new scientific insights" regarding protein.
