Admin, could you please do me a favor and clear out those posts on the last page for the hundredth time? The ones about whether freelancing actually pays the bills or is just nonsense

...and the one where I'm asking about crowdfunding. Also the one right under that. Thanks much

Sean Watson11 said:Thanks, Matthew. This is really just a rough concept for now... I don't have a concrete plan yet. It's more of a vision of how the stories I've been writing for years might actually look. I'd want to shoot something aesthetically dark, something mysterious. Just experimenting. What else is there for someone starting out to do?

Since this subforum is dedicated to film, feel free to reach out if you're interested.

Honestly, I’d love to sell my story as a script. If anyone out there is actually skilled with special effects and doesn't mind diving into those mythic, romantic sagas—think stuff like Game of Thrones, Vikings, or Lord of the Rings... it would definitely need a pretty high production value. Or maybe just put together a flashy trailer to pitch to some major production houses, though I have my doubts about whether it would actually take off

Hey there.
I apologize for posting here instead of starting a new thread...
Basically, I was using Movie Maker 2012 and everything was running perfectly until I reinstalled Windows 7. Now, the program is incredibly slow, and whenever I try to save a video, it just stops responding.
Does anyone know if there's a free online converter that can turn .mwlp files into .mov? I'm looking for something easy—no registrations, no subscriptions, nothing like that. I haven't been able to find anything reliable; every site says it's converting the file, but then nothing happens. I'm getting pretty frustrated because this project is really important to me. If anyone has any advice, I'd truly appreciate it. Thanks.

Someone changed my title on me (absolute jerk...😠).
Mine was supposed to be "please respond quickly"😬

honestly, this doesn't have anything to do with food consumption at all...
👎

I wasn't quite sure where to drop this question, so please forgive me if I've wandered into the wrong subforum.
Does anyone know where I can find a shop in Washington, D.C. that carries various herbs and other... more alternative wellness supplies?
Specifically, I'm looking for pennyroyal, vanilla beans, and a few other things...
I'm running low.🙂
