It’s actually a scanned document. I suppose I tried some online converters, but they don't seem to work quite right. Either the images disappear and leave only the text, or all the pictures get split up into these tiny little fragments. I managed to get one document to look okay, I guess, but with others containing multiple images, everything just falls apart.

I'm looking for some help here... I have a PDF document containing both images and text.
Is there any way to convert this into Microsoft Word while keeping all the images and the text layout intact?
I really just need to edit the text itself.
