I tried getting into Safe Mode, but no luck... just got hit with the Blue Screen of Death again.

So, I’ve got this massive headache where my laptop hits me with a Blue Screen of Death the second I power it on, and then... nothing. Just dead. I’ve tried basically everything I could think of, but honestly, I’m no tech wizard or anything. Can someone please help me out? I really, really need this thing working.
