Ratchet straps, tensioners, and hardware

Hey everyone,
So, I recently ordered some gymnastics rings online. They came with the straps, but there’s a catch—they didn't include the actual buckles... you know, those clips or fasteners used to secure everything together.
Does anyone know where I can pick up just those buckles here in Washington, D.C.?
I wouldn't mind getting a set of both straps and buckles if the price is right, but honestly, the straps I have are high quality and I’d rather just stick with them... just need the hardware.
I've attached a photo of what I'm looking for, just in case it isn't clear enough.
