You could look into getting an NZXT Phantom; I have one with the ports located on the top panel. Or maybe check out the MS Falcon Pro—if I remember correctly, there's something similar over at Best Buy around $110 where the ports are on the top too. I think that might be exactly what you're looking for with the 2x USB 3.0 setup, though I'm not 100% sure if it has three or four USB 2.0 ports.
