Best liquid flux for soldering?

Hey everyone, quick question:
What’s the best flux for heating up a dying GPU chip with a hot air station?
I need something thin enough to seep into all those tiny gaps under the chip—just some amateur speculation, but I enjoy messing around with this stuff.🙂
I went ahead and ordered this, though I suspect it might be more suited for actual soldering than delicate repairs.
