Speech therapy exercises - quick question

Hi,
I'm looking for speech therapy materials online—either free downloads or something I can purchase—specifically for someone recovering from a stroke. They are currently attending professional sessions, but having resources to practice independently at home would be incredibly beneficial.
In my search so far, I've gotten the impression that Canada and Mexico seem to have much more accessible digital resources for this than we do here in the States.
For instance,
I stumbled upon this app from Canada; the speech exercises follow a distinct Canadian accent, as you can hear.
The app offers a three-day trial, but it locks up after that, and a full license costs about 30 dollars.
On Android, I did find this specific app, which is free.

It’s an app from Mexico (Uroš Mitić); I installed it on my own device to test it out. It doesn't actually include speech exercises, just various logic games where you match images with written words.
I'm honestly not sure how effective that would be for this particular situation.
I also came across another program (again, from Canada), but I can't figure out who the publisher is or how to actually acquire it.
The only note is that it's intended for people with hearing impairments, so I'm unsure if it's relevant here.
Beyond that, I've found some material on YouTube that could be downloaded and played back on a computer, a smartphone, or even a modern TV via USB, though there just isn't a huge amount of content available.
