Hip pain help?

Hey everyone!
So, here’s the deal. About two weeks ago, I was hauling some heavy boxes around, and by the next day, I started feeling this ache right in my hip area, specifically near the top of the pelvis. At first, I honestly thought it might be a hernia, but there aren't any lumps or anything, and it doesn't actually hurt when I touch it. I can move around just fine, bend over without an issue, and there’s zero tenderness when I press on it. I went down a total rabbit hole online looking up hernia symptoms and even tried doing that little trick where you cough to see if anything pops out, but nothing seems suspicious at all. The thing is, even after two full weeks, it’s still bothering me—I don't know how else to describe it, maybe just a weird stinging sensation (you can see exactly where I mean in the photo link), but it isn't "pain" per se. Is it possible I just strained some muscles or something deep in that area? I'm getting a little worried about it 🤷 . Thanks!
