It’s those little details that really get me, you know? Like how everything connects if you just pay attention. It reminds me of that classic moment when someone is watching some lesbian scene in a porn, and suddenly a Black guy walks into the frame—and you just see that look of pure frustration as they frantically switch the channel. Then, fast forward to the end of the movie, when he sees that woman at the checkout counter standing there with his buddy, and suddenly it all clicks. You finally realize exactly why he was so worked up earlier. Everything ties together perfectly. 🤣
Man, this movie was such a blast. You can totally see the director paying homage to Kubrick all over the place. I mean, look at the masks, those wide-eyed stares, and that sudden burst of violence—it feels just like a nod to A Clockwork Orange. Even the poster for 2001: A Space Odyssey hanging in the station chief's office? Pure tribute. And honestly, James McAvoy was absolutely killing it.
All in all, I’d say it’s a total thumbs up from me. Highly recommended!
