Look, in an American courtroom, everything has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. Even if a high-level district court tries to pin something on you, you’ve always got the right to appeal. I actually know a couple of situations where someone was clearly, one hundred percent in the wrong, and they even got convicted initially, but once they filed an appeal, they were cleared because the evidence just wasn't solid enough to hold up under scrutiny. It’s a long, exhausting, soul-crushing process, though, no doubt about it.

Pick a version!?
I mean, has nobody realized yet that this is total war, at least when it comes to the local authorities?☕
The Bojsi are a whole different breed, and honestly, the rules there work a little differently; I'm mostly talking about how easy it is to get locked up, so you really need a massive amount of patience and sheer grit to live that kind of life. My whole point with what I wrote earlier is that most of the time, it's all just intimidation tactics, and then some poor guy ends up confessing to things he didn't even do just because he's desperate to get out of there as fast as possible.
But at the end of the day, if you're truly part of the Fandom of the Los Angeles Dodgers, you have to be ready for all of it... either you are, or you aren't.
