Thelma & Louise

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve sat through this movie, and honestly, it hits just as hard every single time. The storytelling is top-tier, the acting is flawless—it’s easily one of my all-time favorites. In my opinion, it’s the kind of film everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime.
As for that ending? I actually think the tragedy is necessary. If they had gone with some cheesy happy ending, it would have completely robbed the story of its impact. Don't you think a gut-punch like that leaves a much more lasting impression on the viewer?
