Is anyone actually going to help me out with this offer?

Hey everyone, I just added a basket and a few other bits to my cart on eBay, but now I’m completely stuck when it comes to paying. The seller sent an invoice over to my email, so I try to go through with the complete checkout, but it just won't let me move forward. It isn't giving me any payment options or anything at all. I even checked PayPal to see if there was an invoice waiting there, but nothing shows up. I'm honestly stumped; I keep trying to finalize this, but I can't get past the checkout screen no matter what I do. Has anyone else run into something like this? I’d really appreciate some help here. 🙂
