So, my mother went into
a local CVS to get her mineral and vitamin levels checked, and let me tell you, she had a truly eye-opening—and frankly, infuriating—experience.
It was just more proof for me that pharmacists have become nothing more than glorified retail clerks who
are far more interested in moving inventory (in this case, vitamins) than actually helping anyone. There are exceptions, sure, but they are rare.
They went ahead and used those famous electrodes to "measure" her mineral and vitamin levels.
The results were absolutely shocking because, out of that entire massive list of minerals and vitamins,
the only thing that came back low—meaning she was deficient—was magnesium.
She probably wouldn't have even questioned the validity of these measurements if it weren't for the fact that for the last month,
she’s been taking the most potent, high-quality pure magnesium chloride on the market. 😲 😛👍
Naturally, the person performing the analysis had no clue. Because once they "detected"
her magnesium deficiency, they immediately suggested she buy their specific magnesium supplement. And wouldn't you know it?
