Windows 7 Installation Guide
in IT Support ·
I'm trying to upgrade my laptop from Windows XP to Windows 7, but I keep hitting this error message:
C:\ Administrator.X:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CM
X:\windows\system32>_
The keyboard isn't responding to normal letters at all—it only registers capital letters with accents on them.
I guess I'm not sure if this is some kind of virus or if the Windows 7 installation files might be corrupted.
Any help would be appreciated,
THANKS!
