Hey everyone 🙂 I’m looking at building a new PC for music production. Nothing crazy, just enough to make sure things don't lag. Gaming isn't my main focus since I mostly play League of Legends, though I might pick up something newer occasionally just to kill some time. 😁 Anyway, I'd love to get your take on which direction I should go...
- Motherboard: ASUS Z97A or ASUS H97 Pro
- CPU: i5 4690K or Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3 - RAM
- RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X series, F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL
- HDD: Western Digital Blue, WD10EZEX
- SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
- Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
- GPU: - ASUS Radeon R7 250 x 2 or
- EVGA GeForce GTX 750 ti FTW
- Optical Drive: doesn't matter
- Case: Fractal Define R5, NZXT Source 340, or Fractal Design Define
- PSU: Not sure if I should stick with the Corsair CX Series 600W or something else?
