None of those answers above are right, and trust me, I know because I've been dealing with this exact headache... Your issue is actually the CPU fan. Those things are super sensitive when you move a PC around—it probably got knocked out of balance or something similar. It’s the same crap happening with my rig. Since I’m too lazy to buy a new one and I really don't want to tear the old one apart just to deal with buying thermal paste, I ended up jamming a piece of a toothbrush in there to steady it. Now the buzzing is gone.
