Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

I probably have a mild case of hemorrhoids or something... I notice a tiny speck of bright red blood maybe every second or third time I go to the bathroom. But honestly, the constant itching is what's really getting to me. I'm just not feeling up to making an appointment with a doctor for this 😬 So, I figured I'd ask you guys—is there a decent over-the-counter cream I can grab at a pharmacy? And roughly how much should I expect to pay for something like that? 😁
