I'm looking for some recommendations for an endocrinologist around Washington, D.C., San Francisco, or San Diego. Private practice is fine—honestly, I wouldn't mind hospital options either.

Can someone help me make sense of this? I'm 25, and an abdominal ultrasound showed my liver is at 180mm (right lobe)—which is about 3 cm larger than it should be. I went in today for some tests:
