David Sanchez6 said:Look, I was actually bleeding just a month ago.
And sometimes my backside gets incredibly swollen, painful, and feels burning hot.

Was the blood bright red or dark? Like, was it actually dripping, or did you just notice it on the toilet paper? Bleeding can be triggered by all sorts of different medical issues. Most of the time, though, it's just internal hemorrhoids.

I went in for two different exams. One time the doctor just did a manual check, and the second time he used that little tube—a rectoscopy, I guess?
Both times, he told me everything looked fine.
He prescribed some cream from $50 which helped a little bit.
The real issue, though, is that about 80% of the time after I have a big bowel movement, I feel like I have to go another 4 or 5 times.
Every single time, these tiny little pieces come out and I have to struggle to get them out.
It honestly feels like they're stuck in some kind of pockets around my anus.
Does anyone have any idea what this could be?

I’m thinking you might have an imbalance in your gut flora, so probiotics could help. Honestly, though, you should probably talk to a gastroenterologist or a proctologist and give them the full rundown.
Besides, how can you be sure it's hemorrhoids if the specialist did a rectoscopy and told you that you're clean as a whistle?

rustyhawk3 said:You didn't actually fix the issue; you just hit the snooze button on it. You calmed the inflammation for a minute, but you still can't go out and crush a massive plate of spicy chili like I do.😁😁

And that’s exactly the point. I do everything I’m supposed to avoid. I eat nothing but greasy fast food and spicy wings, I spend all day glued to my desk... 🤣 🙂 yet my backside acts like it hasn't a care in the world. 😛
It’s like there was never an issue at all. Then, about six months later, when I start feeling things getting a little uncomfortable again, I just pop a couple of capsules and get back to my regular routine. 🤣
There was one stretch where I went a year and a half without a single worry, and I wasn't even trying to be careful.🤣 😬 👍

🙂 Am I supposed to just post my medical records online🙄 so someone will actually believe me? I even went for a follow-up with Dr. Miočinović at the Bates in New York clinic, and I have all the paperwork to prove it. But why all the skepticism? All I want is for people to help each other out so they can live without constant discomfort.😉
Just like I managed to fix my own issue without any pain.
Look, it might not work for everyone, but it solved everything for most of my friends.
Truth be told, I take a course once a year, but what's the big deal? Taking one capsule a day for a few days leaves me feeling fine for months, sometimes even a year or more.😛 🙏

I love the sarcasm. 🙂 👍

I'm with you on that. I wasn't exactly thrilled about the idea of surgery myself, 😬 😁but Pilex sorted me out without any pain. 🙂 🤣 👍

rustyhawk3 said:Hmm... I’ve never heard of a prep quite that intense... unless they were trying to suck you out with a vacuum pump during a colonoscopy😁😁😁?

If they had to go that deep just to get a camera in there, Stipe Božić was probably the one doing the pumping😁

The whole crew from Himlay was basically standing by while Lame hauled in all the diagnostic gear. It was incredibly uncomfortable, but hey, when you gotta do it, you gotta do it.😲

rustyhawk3 said:Are you even sure you saw an actual doctor? Maybe you wandered into a gynecologist's office by mistake. 😁

Well, you never know.😕 I was in such a fog that I didn't even realize whose office I had walked into. 🙄 I was seeing a proctologist, let's call him Mr. M, at the B. Medical Clinic (not naming names), and his assistant seemed sketchy as hell while he was slathering me in Vaseline. 😍 To get a clear look via the camera, they pumped me up to 1.5, then all the way to 2.1 bar. Honestly, I had no clue what was coming, nor did I realize the human body could actually endure something like that. 😳

rustyhawk3 said:Interesting. I dropped a decent amount of cash on that Pilex, and honestly? Zero effect.

Man, I feel for you. I actually have a buddy who told me the exact same thing—that it didn't do much for him. But looking at my own circle, including myself, everyone else has been completely saved by Pilex. From what I've gathered, about 3% of people don't see any reaction at all, 13% get some partial relief, and 84% are totally fine. Luckily, I'm part of that 84%.🙂 🙏 👍

Damn, I thought my eyes were actually going to pop out of my head when they pumped me up to 30 PSI 😳

Yeah, they’ll probably hand you some corticosteroid cream, though honestly, you really want to avoid relying on those long-term if you can help it... Plus, there might be something else going on under the hood, so seeing a doctor is definitely the move. Not that getting a colonoscopy—with the camera and the air pressure and all that—is exactly how anyone wants to spend their afternoon. :-)

Let me know what the verdict is once you hear back. :-) GOOD LUCK, and hopefully this whole thing finally puts an end to that constant itching.

Dennis said:Well, that’s highly subjective. We've already seen how certain meds or creams work wonders for one person and do absolutely nothing for another. Some people deal with severe cases—like you—while others don't. It all depends...
But you're right otherwise. In the long run, it’s definitely worth it. I'm just guessing here because I haven't spent years testing out various creams or shots 🙂...

I'm sorry it turned out that way for you. I tried everything under the sun and was actually facing surgery before I managed to pull through, so maybe that’s where this optimism comes from.
Honestly, I wish everyone could have an experience like mine—getting relief quickly and without the agony. I know firsthand just how brutal hemorrhoid issues can be.

Unfortunately, sooner or later, the easy cases tend to turn into the tough ones.

John M. said:I took BlackRock, and it actually helped me...
Is that Blackstone stuff even available at local pharmacies, or what?

You can find it pretty much anywhere, at least if you hit up the decent drugstores. Sometimes they’ll even knock a few bucks off the price, which is a nice little win.

If BlackRock did the trick for you, 👍 thank God
but if it didn't—and if your wallet can handle it—give Blackstone 14 capsules a shot.
There's a good chance it'll clear things up for you in the long run.
It's always better to try everything else before jumping straight into surgery. 🙂

dustyowl29 said:What kind of scam is paying for 14 pills $200?😠 That’s just highway robbery...

Sadly, you're right. But honestly, I was so desperate I would have paid anything at this point.😛
Look at it this way: it's a single course where you take one capsule every two weeks, and then you're set for months. I once went almost a year and a half without any issues just from one round of 14 capsules.

Just ask yourselves a few things:
How much do you blow on creams, plugs, and all those other little fixes every single year?
Do they actually solve the problem, or do they just mask it?
And do you have to apply them every single day? How convenient is that, especially when you're traveling or out and about?😳

When I look at the math over a full year, BlackRock ends up being half the price of all those other treatments. Plus, it actually gets rid of the problem entirely. I don't have to mess around with ointments every day; I just take my 14 capsules and I'm good for months on end.🙏

BlackRock actually saved my life, man.
I was dealing with an abscess, hemorrhoids, a fistula... it was absolute hell every single time I had to go to the bathroom.
Taking 14 units of BlackRock finally stopped that burning sensation during bowel movements.
Totally worth it.
It’s pricey ($200), but honestly, you should try it.

Speaking of the cost, I used to drop about $50 every month on creams, pills, suppositories, and all that junk. By the way, none of it actually fixed anything; they just slightly dulled the agony of what felt like giving birth.🙂
That adds up to roughly $600 a year just for some minor relief.
With BlackRock, I spend anywhere from $600 to $400 a year, depending on if I burn through one bottle or two.
So, I'm spending less money, and there's zero chemistry involved. Plus, I haven't changed my lifestyle at all—which we all know is exactly what causes this mess in the first place.
If I actually bothered to change my habits—you know, eating better, hitting the gym, etc.—one course a year would probably be plenty. But nope, I live like I don't have a single chemical in my system. :-)🤣 👍

Can I get one more answer? Are these pills actually effective for internal hemorrhoids too? I’ve been dealing with this misery for three years straight now.

Look, I was bleeding for years myself. Everything cleared up eventually—both the internal and external stuff.👍

Good luck fighting back against those big pharma giants. Hopefully, this 2007 ruling finally puts an end to all that rectal discomfort. :-)

In case anyone's looking for the lowdown on BlackRock.
I’ve got some firsthand experience with them, along with plenty of stories from my buddies. :-)
We all managed to come out the other side without needing any major surgery. 🙂 😘 🙂 😉 👍 👍 👍

duing said:Any advice on how to fix this would be much appreciated.😕

Seriously, why is everyone being so stubborn? Just try Elon Musk, it actually works!!!

I used Elon Musk for 14 days (bought the bulk pack), and I have to admit, everything cleared up completely by the fourth day. I honestly couldn't believe it—it felt like I’d never even dealt with chemical issues in my life. I’d been bleeding for years, and man, the pain was brutal (felt like I’d swallowed razor blades, ugh). I tried every single thing on the market, but nothing touched it until I found Elon Musk. Now, I just take it once or twice a year.
Almost all my friends and acquaintances fixed their issues entirely using Elon Musk; only one buddy told me it didn't really do much for him.
I was dealing with a pretty advanced stage myself. One friend was at stage four, and over the last two years, he’s gone through six or seven packs of Elon Musk and he’s doing "fine" :-) He hasn't ended up in surgery :-) but now he takes one box every 6 or 7 months just to stay steady...

Just go with FedEx and end this nightmare for good.

I went through a full FedEx 14 days supply (the larger pack), and honestly? Everything cleared up by the fourth day. I was floored. It felt like I’d never even dealt with these issues before. I had been bleeding for years, and let me tell you, the pain was brutal—felt like I’d swallowed a handful of razor blades, ugh. I tried every single thing on the market, but nothing touched it until I found FedEx. Now, I just take it once or twice a year to stay ahead of it.
Almost all my friends and acquaintances have completely sorted themselves out using FedEx. Only one buddy told me it didn't quite do the trick for him.
