So, I've been dealing with this for about two weeks now. Every time I have a hard bowel movement, there's blood on the toilet paper and a sharp, stinging pain right at the exit.
It only happens when things are tough; if it’s soft, there’s no blood and no pain.

My primary care doctor thinks it's just hemorrhoids and prescribed some hemorrhoid cream, but honestly, it isn't doing much. At my follow-up, she suggested it might be a small tear that hasn't healed yet and told me to keep applying it.

Has anyone else gone through something similar?

Also, am I supposed to just apply the cream to the outside, or should I actually use a finger to put it inside?

It would be just as fair to say Dinamo is in even worse shape in this absolute mess of a league, with ineffective strikers and a shaky defense.
Against Istria, Vid scored twice, yet they conceded one from a single chance. Against Cibalia, they barely escaped with a 1-0, lost to Zadar, and gave up three goals. Basically, the defense is as hollow as a block of Emmental. As for the last match, NYCFC was playing at half-strength; if things had gotten intense, they definitely would have piled on more, especially since they were away. They'll be looking to make up for that loss in the final round of the league.

Dinamo is almost certainly conceding 2 or 3 goals today. Whether they can actually score is another story, but frankly, I doubt it.

You’ve just spouted a load of nonsense claiming Paris Saint-Germain is in a slump. Based on what? One loss? Did you even watch the last match? Honestly, they should have buried Dinam Chicago under five goals (think Ibrahimovic's 1v1, another Ibrahimovic 1v1 with a lob, a chance from Pastore, etc.), while Dinam barely had one—and I mean *one*—serious chance from a set piece.

Dinam isn't going to push forward at all in the first 30 minutes; they'll just park the bus, and it’s only a matter of time before they concede depending on how aggressive Paris wants to be. I suspect they know it too—based on Ancelotti's comments, they realize they're facing the easiest opponent ever and will try to pad their goal difference since it'll likely be tight.

No bet is a lock, including Real. But Real is playing at home, and this season they're one of the top two favorites in the Champions League; they have to prove it. This will be a completely different game than the first one, especially since B. Dortmund hasn't been playing well away from home this year.
Real has looked like a cohesive unit in their last few matches, and they could easily walk away with a win today. At 1.50, it's worth a shot.
