You should definitely get some follow-up labs, specifically checking your TSH, in about two or three months. Just a heads-up: if your thyroglobulin levels look low, it could simply be because there are antibodies present that are targeting the exact same thing.

Could someone walk me through what it actually means when they say there are antibodies targeting the same thing?
Hi there, could anyone lend me some insight regarding my lab results? I have an appointment scheduled with my doctor this Monday, but I’m hoping for a bit of perspective before then. I gave birth about six months ago; during my pregnancy, my TSH levels were elevated, so I was prescribed a combination of Euthyrox 50 and 75. However, on the very morning I went into labor, my OBGYN decided to discontinue the medication. Back when I was six months pregnant, I had a thyroid ultrasound where they mentioned a Hashimoto diagnosis and advised me to get blood work done after three months. The results are at the link provided. What I’m particularly stuck on is the note stating, "Consider Tg findings in the context of positive TgAt."
Should I be pushing for more intensive follow-ups based on these numbers, or is staying on the current therapy sufficient? Thanks.

Period talk: Questions and advice in Women's Health ·
Hello, ladies. I could use some perspective from those who have walked this path before. I gave birth at full term, and my first period since then finally showed up on November 11th. 😵 Based on how things used to run before I got pregnant, I was expecting it around the 9th of this month, but we all know that postpartum cycles rarely follow the old rules. What I’m really wondering is whether you all found your cycles returning to a predictable rhythm right away, or if anyone else experienced those frustrating months where a period just... vanishes, leaving you wondering if it’s just hormonal chaos or if you need to go buy another pregnancy test. 🤔
