I’m running into the exact same issue...
Those tiny 5 mg pills are impossible for me because my tongue just reflexively pushes them right back up.

So I try splitting them into four little pieces, but then my tongue can't quite track all those fragments at once, and they just end up sliding away🙂

Since they're just vitamins, it isn't a huge deal.
But soon I might have to start taking aspirin, which is basically a death sentence for the stomach, and I'm already losing my mind worrying about how I'll manage that!

At the end of the day, though, it's all in my head.

I experienced a miscarriage during my third month of pregnancy, and I decided to go ahead and get tested for
Thrombophilia immediately afterward. I had genetic testing done for Factor V, Factor II, MTHFR, Factor XIII, PAI-1, and EPRC; here are the results I received:

Factor V Leiden - WT (Normal)
Factor V H1299(R2) - WT (Normal)
Factor II Prothrombin - WT (Normal)
MTHFR C677T - HZ (Heterozygous)
MTHFR A1298G - HZ (Heterozygous)
Factor XIII V34L - WT (Normal)
PAI-1 - HZ (Heterozygous)
EPRC (Endothelial Protein C Receptor) - A1/A2/H1/H2 (Heterozygous type 2)

For some context, this was my first pregnancy. I'm 25 years old, about 5'6" (169cm), and weigh 121 lbs (55kg).
