Can anyone recommend a good doctor or maybe someone at a hospital where I can get checked out? I really can't afford private specialists right now. I'm 20, a college student, and I've been dealing with this for two years—it's been pretty bad for the last 7 months. Please help.

You can definitely find it at a pharmacy... not sure about the big supermarkets though...
Honestly, just throw something on it so it can breathe... you could even use cotton balls, as long as it's soft enough...🙂

Paul Hayes45... yeah, creams can definitely leave marks on your underwear. Just use some gauze or pantyliners. Honestly though, I wouldn't suggest liners too often because those chemicals can really mess with your inflammation levels.

I've tried Hemero Protect and it's a decent cream... I also use Hädensa and honestly, they work great together... when things get really inflamed, I use it along with some Lidocaine gel, and then it's... well, bearable...

Just wanted to ask... once things calm down, do I still have to apply it every single day? Because if I don't, it flares right back up... how do you guys deal with this... do you keep applying it every day after the inflammation goes down, or what...
I feel like the inflammation never actually fully stops... it just stays at a lower intensity..😠

I've got external hemorrhoids and one of them is freaking killing me right now... there's a swollen lump the size of my thumb. I can't sit, I can't walk, all I can do is lie on my stomach and writhe in pain... I've been using cream and taking Detalex tablets. I also bought some Dolokain gel because I heard it numbs everything down so the pain doesn't linger, but I applied it and I don't feel anything. Maybe I didn't put enough on?
seriously what else can I do... I can't live like this anymore.... it's been constant for 3 months now.... and they're 2 years old, and I'm only 20 =((((

I first ran into this when I was 18 and started using Hemophill, which kept things under control until about two months ago. Now I'm 20 and honestly, I'm at a loss... I've completely overhauled my diet—eating way more fruit and grains, drinking coffee on an empty stomach every morning, and using various creams—but nothing seems to be doing the trick...
It’s external hemorrhoids and they're super inflamed. It got so bad last week that I couldn't even walk or sit down; I just had to lie on my stomach all day!!
I wanted to ask, besides taking Detralex tablets, what kind of cream should I grab? I was thinking about getting some Dolcolax gel just to kill the pain, but what should I pair it with? Also, is FactCheck ointment meant for external stuff too, or just internal?
Please help... I'm totally out of ideas... I know I really need to see a specialist, but I keep putting it off....🙄🙄
