Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hey everyone. Dealing with some similar issues as the rest of you. A few days ago, while wiping, I felt this sharp pain, and now there’s bright red blood on the toilet paper and in the bowl. For the last couple of years, I’ve had this little lump right at the entrance, and I’d see blood whenever things were hard. My guess? Something finally popped, which explains the bleeding. Feels like a hemorrhoid might have flared up since it's stinging down there. Also, whatever I eat, I’m running to the bathroom within two days—not diarrhea, just frequent, and nothing hard either. Any thoughts? :S
