Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

So, here I am, fresh off the operating table. Today was a total nightmare—I started bleeding uncontrollably, and it just wouldn't stop, which landed me straight in the ER. They ended up having to stitch me up right there while I was wide awake because apparently, they couldn't administer anesthesia? Their excuse was some nonsense about how every time a needle pricks me, I start bleeding again, or something along those lines... honestly, who knows. Long story short, it hurt like absolute hell, and let me tell you, it still hurts like crazy. Please, just be careful out there; this was my first time dealing with anything like this, and I had no idea I was in for such a brutal initiation!
