Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hi there. I’ve been dealing with what I assume are hemorrhoids following a recent gynecological surgery. My symptoms included anal itching, burning during bowel movements, and some bright red blood on the tissue. I used some Ultraproct ointment for a few days, but I stopped applying it as soon as the discomfort subsided. Now, the issues have returned: a mild itch and this persistent sensation of pressure, almost like a constant urge to go when there isn't actually any need to. I guess I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this specific pressure sensation, or perhaps some pain depending on how you're positioned?
