Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Greetings everyone. My husband dealt with minor Hemorrhoid issues for one specific reason: a lack of dietary fiber. That is the root cause of all these problems. No cream is going to fix this. You have to overhaul your diet from the ground up. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables, and cut back on bread, pastries, sweets, and meat. I hope you all feel better soon.👍
