Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hemorrhoids don't have to be this awkward, taboo topic that nobody talks about...
I've been dealing with them personally for about 3 or 4 years now, and right now I'm using Hemophilin cream, but honestly, it hasn't done much for me. Before this, I was
using Faktu cream, which also felt pretty useless 😬
Usually, sitting in a warm chamomile bath helps quite a bit—at least that’s what worked best for me—it's just a huge pain to find the
time to do it properly.
