Look, I know this sounds like a ridiculous question to ask online, but I’m genuinely spiraling a bit wondering if I’m dealing with hemorrhoids. Basically, almost every single time I finish up in the bathroom, I notice this little red smudge on the toilet paper. It’s not like a full-on bleed or anything—nothing is actually dripping or anything dramatic like that—just a small spot of blood. Occasionally, there's a bit of a stinging sensation while I'm actually on the toilet, but that’s about it. I don't have any other symptoms, like intense pain or anything physically obvious that I can feel. Could this be internal hemorrhoids at play?

Oh, and one more thing: during anal sex, sometimes it feels totally fine, but other times, once things get moving, there's this intense burning sensation that's so bad my partner actually has to stop and pull out.
