He's 52, and he deals with frequent vomiting and diarrhea as well...

He’s been struggling with hemorrhoids for several years now, and it’s getting bad—there’s significant bleeding, he's having accidents that stain his clothes, and he complains about the pain constantly. The problem is, he’s incredibly stubborn and refuses to follow up with a doctor, even though I’ve pleaded with him countless times...
I just need to know if this situation is dangerous if he continues to ignore treatment...
