Dealing with hemorrhoids – any advice?

Hi... I’ve been reading through this thread, but I can't find anyone describing my specific issue. I could use some advice before I head to see my doctor. It seems like an internal hemorrhoid that prolapses when there's pressure. However, I'm not experiencing any other symptoms—no bleeding, no pain, no itching... nothing at all.
