I did some digging online and stumbled upon Pilex capsules, but man, they cost an absolute fortune. Anyone here actually tried them?

Guys, I need some help. I’m dealing with hemorrhoids, and honestly, I had no idea it could get this nasty... Last night, I noticed a few of them right at the opening. And don't even get me started on the pain. I've tried applying some drugstore cream a couple of times, but it hasn't done much. To be fair, there aren't as many as there were last night, but the ones left behind look terrible. Two or three have swollen right at the edge, and they're this deep, dark purple color.

I've never dealt with anything like this before, and frankly, I'm freaking out. What am I supposed to do? Is my backside ever going to look normal again, or is this "swollen" situation permanent? 😢

I know this sounds ridiculous to most people, but it really isn't funny to me. 😢
